JOY Prom

Every year Providence Baptist Church sponsors a JOY prom for people with disablities. This year I decided to take Meghan. Upon arrival, at the front door they had an MC and a huge balloon entry way. As soon as people arrived they would announce who was arriving make them feel like they are in Hollywood with red carpet treatment and all. I didn't take pictures of this part, but it was truly special for all who came. One of my bestest friends in the whole world, Donna was there and we were able to snap a few pictures together, which is rare to do. Meghan did lots of dancing and I was able to see a lot of people that I have helped find jobs for in the past. Old timers and new!! What a great night. I think the best part of all was that a lady I used to work with gave Meghan her corsage and Meghan really liked that.
